mmm,I think you should have a choice of both Traditional for less and cging for alittle more as for the price I do not have a clue I would start low and raise the price but I am not quite good at prices.

It's very common for artists to give options like bust (chest up), half body (hips up) and fully body for different prices, as well as different prices for traditional and CG (whichever takes you more time personally should cost more), or some sell it for the same. Also, if a comission is very detailed or has more than one person or a complicated background, additional fees can be added.
And it's up to you! You can always start high then go low, or opposite to see what your demand is.
